Buyers want to know that the person they hire is who they say they are. The Verified badge tells them that we have reviewed your credentials and spoken to, or heard back from, a professional reference. It is free on every plan.
Use the form below to list your certifications and their numbers, such as CPP, PSP, PCI or CSC. Add any state licenses that apply to your work. Then give us one professional reference who knows your consulting work, such as a past client.
The site admin checks your credential numbers against the issuing body where that is possible, and contacts your reference. We may ask you for more information, like a copy of a certificate.
Once approved, your profile shows the Verified badge and the date it was verified. Verified listings appear above unverified listings in search results.
Verified means we confirmed your stated credentials and heard back from a reference at the date shown. It is not a rating of your work, and it is not an endorsement. We tell buyers this openly, and we encourage them to ask their own questions before hiring.
If a credential lapses or we learn that information was not accurate, we may remove the badge.
